To save you valuable time and to ensure you have all of the information you need to make an informed decision, we have attempted to answer all of the most commonly asked questions below. If you cannot find the answer you are after please don't hesitate to contact Coastal Auto Transport and Towing.

What payment options do you offer?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, direct deposit, cheques and cash. Please note there is a fee for credit card payments.

Can my vehicle be stored if I am unable to collect it?

Yes, we are able to store your vehicle at our secure yard if you are unable to collect straight away. There may be a storage charge for this.

Does someone need to be present on pickup or delivery?

It is recommended that someone be present on pickup and delivery of your vehicle, however we are happy to make arrangements if this is not possible.

Is my vehicle insured during transport?

Yes, whilst your vehicle is being transported by us in Tasmania it is fully insured.

Can I leave personal items in my vehicle?

No, generally vehicles must be empty of all personal items however we are happy to discuss this if required.

Does my vehicle need to be registered?

No, we are able to transport non registered vehicles.

Does my vehicle require fuel?

Minimum requirement of fuel is 1/4 tank, just enough to be able to driven on and off our trucks.

Do you transport modified vehicles?

Yes we are able to transport modified vehicles. Please contact us to discuss.

Do you transport damaged vehicles?

Yes we are able to transport for damaged vehicles.

Do you transport non drivable vehicles?

Yes all our trucks have capabilities for transporting non drivable vehicles.
